An eventful weekend began with laser tag on Friday. We headed to Laser Quest in West Roxbury. Although this doesn't really have anything to do with anything, the sunset was beautiful! So idyllic.
When we got to Laser Quest, we got code names. Rajath and Jack tried to shoot baskets at the arcade, shooting with an accuracy of around 3%. When we were finally herded into the briefing room, we recited the Players Code while our clothes glowed. We put on vests and holstered our laser guns as we waited for the 30-person mayhem to begin.
We then commenced the "Ironman," a 30-minute free-for-all flurry of chaos, shrieks, and haphazardly shot lasers. The arena was two levels and filled with fog adding to the childish allure of the game. At the end of it all, we were drenched in sweat! As we left, the cool breeze (an anomaly for the week) greeted us.
